If you wish to go shopping in Spain , it will help you to know that majority of the shops and supermarkets are open every day of the week except on Sundays. The normal timing is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the night. Nevertheless some big departmental stores have a continuous timing from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and are also open sometimes on Sundays.
One can go to the bank from Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A very few banks are also open in the evening. From October to May they are open on Saturdays also but close an hour earlier: at 1 p.m.
If you need to visit any official centre you have to go between 9 a.m to 2 p.m. . They are closed on weekends.
